Christmas 2014

Merry Christmas!  Did you have a nice holiday weekend?  I was lucky enough to have a four day weekend, and another one this coming week!  Yay for forced relaxation!
We decided to do Christmas Eve just the two of us this year!  Mia got a special dinner of her favorite wet food!
We thought about what we should make for Christmas Eve dinner and decided that our favorite thing is Thai food, so why not get Thai take out?

We also made Moscow Mules with a growler of Rachel's Ginger Beer!!  The best!  And the perfect match for Thai food!

Then it was time to open presents!

Have to share this awesome tank top Tim got me!  I love it!!!  I love kale!
Tim got another color of his favorite sweater!

And since I've been obsessed with dark floral prints this year, Tim got me a calendar of them from Rifle Paper!  So sweet!

We also made some yummy treats for Christmas!!
Recipes coming soon for my favorite chocolate chip cookies, chai sugar cookies, and peppermint bark popcorn!

Chistmas morning we headed over to see my family!
Isn't my grandma so fashionable?  She always has a leg up on the latest trends, it's adorable!
My mom got the ultimate gift for Mia.  My dog is just like her dad, and looooooves soccer.  Her first toy was a soccer ball, which she eventually destroyed, and she keeps picking out new soccer balls at the pet store.  So for Christmas, my mom got her ten soccer balls and had her open them!  Then we all started throwing them in different directions and Mia went balastic!

After another couple presents, I think Mia started to get the hang of Christmas, because she started pawing at all the presents and looking at us like she wanted more to open!

^ Spoiled rotten!

After a late lunch at my parent's house, we went to Tim's family's house for dinner!  I don't have any other pictures except for the tree!

Tim's family was sick and Tim had to work Friday, so it was a quick Christmas home this year!  I had a fun day shopping and visiting with my junior high friends while Tim worked, and then Tim and I spent the weekend relaxing, watching the West Wing, going to see Wild, puttering around, and going to a musical/Seahawks game!  Hope you all had a Merry Christmas!
