The other night, Tim had a sudden inspiration for some Oktoberfest inspired bratwurst, so he whipped up some! More like veggiewurst!
We ran to Whole Foods to grab some Field Roast Smoked Apple Sage sausages, sauerkraut, a green pepper, onion, and buns.
He chopped up the veggies,
Put the buns in the broiler to toast,
Put the veggies on to saute for a bit,
Grilled the sausages while the veggies cook,
Threw some sauerkraut in to warm up,
And then assembled all the ingredients together, topped with some spicy brown mustard!
Grab a nice dark beer to wash it down with!
